This dude can play in a 3-4 front.

He looks the same. Don't see any issues right now at this stage.
He looks perfectly fine in that full body pic
I posted the he looks a little out of shape comment before I saw it

I wouldn't say perfectly fine lol. He is still definitely over weight but maybe I just need to give up on the fact he will return to Duke Z

He would have been a monster at DE

He was really likable in that interview. He seemed honest, it’s so easy to forget how young he is. I hope he takes on more of a leadership role because his outlook and personality really is so appealing.
He doesn’t look nearly as out of shape as he did in the bubble. Looks like he has been in the weight room throughout his rehab. Im not nearly as concerned with his conditioning as when he came off that bubble injury. I will be pulling hard for him this year.

It would take some balls to lie about a player having surgery. Very slim to no chance that's the case. But I don't understand not getting ahead of all the negative press with an announcement. I guess it would have led to a different kind of negative press, but at least it would have been based on facts.

The fact that he looks decent without really being able to do any cardio for months, makes it believable.

Damn, 82 seasons in a year. The old timers really were a different breed lol

@WillGuillory
Jaxson Hayes says the staff has talked to him about mixing 3-pointers into his game more often this year.
He said he's not going to start taking a bunch of 3s and stop doing other things he's known for. But he plans on showing different parts of his game more often.

The more I think about it, the more it feels like SVG was the one who pushed for the Adams trade.

Refreshing to hear a big man not whine about being asked to play his natural position after years of AD crying about his boo-boos and all the mean scary centers he doesn't want to defend.
"Do you expect to play more 4?"
"if they want me to play the 4 ill play the 4, if they want me to play the 5 I'm good with that too....If they ask me to play the 1 I'll do it."

Nah, Griff has long had a blind spot for immobile out of date traditional bigs going back to Mozgov.
And for all his faults you could feel the skepticism in his voice from SVG about how that roster was constructed for him. I mean he's the architect of the 4 out system, he's not right for this era of player, but he knows spacing....Which makes the Jaxson Hayes reports both odd(and given today with the local media credibility, possibly bullshite).

All season Zion will be difficult with his foot surgery. Bodes bad for Pelicans. Hope not. Has Zion ever played a complete season? No, I think not.

Is this an attempt at some type of free form poetry or something?
