Pretty sure those were made under last year's cap. Remember Stern nixing the last minute Bargnani trade a few days ago and saying they'd have to re-do it under next year's cap. It's why we can't do the Holiday trade yet. We were over the cap at the end of the season, Jrue was making ~$5m, and the draft pick holds no cap value until the next season begins (10th). We're waiting until then to finalize it.
