We won't know anything until the 10th. Even if Evans states his intent to sign it... he hasn't actually signed it. A S&T can still be worked out. In fact, him stating his intent to sign it would also be a negotiating tactic by the Pels to get the Kings to take a favorable deal and not run the risk of a match.
