We should all be at least a little bit worried about that, but the Kings still have shown no interest in keeping him around. They scoffed at the contract originally, have never said they will match, and still haven't given him a contract or even contacted him while he's waiting there for them to give him any reason to stay.

To be fair, we did the exact same thing to EG
Except that we said from the start that we would match any offer. But we were pretty quiet throughout the process.

Which makes perfect sense for the Kings to do. Indicating that they will match would mean New Orleans would have to think about offering a bigger contract. Offering him a better contract makes no sense either. You don't bid against yourself.

Have the Kings really expressed that they want him back, I mean at one point they laughed at how much we offered. If I was Tyreke I would say

No he didn't sign it. the report is he intends to sign it after there was speculation that he wanted to stay in Sac. I'll be nervous if he signs it, frankly. I think the Kings will match even though they said they wouldn't. I want a S&T.
