Which makes perfect sense for the Kings to do. Indicating that they will match would mean New Orleans would have to think about offering a bigger contract. Offering him a better contract makes no sense either. You don't bid against yourself.
This is going to be the longest 10 days of my life.

The way you sound SO confident makes me feel like you are Dell himself.

Yes. It's inevitable because we are more than likely not hearing anything until the 10th except twitter rumors and whatnot. Either that or the Kings can stop fricking around and just say "ok, we'll agree to take Vasquez and let you keep Tyreke since we think the price is too high."

I don't this see situation playing out much longer, the Kings probably already have a good idea as to if they are willing to match or not. I would imagine they still have a few players they are interested in bringing in if they decide to move on from Tyreke. They probably just needed to Tyreke to make a decision first

I honestly think the Kings are ready to move on from Evans. Everything they've been doing just seems like posturing to get some value back for him.

You guys remember when we almost had this board shut down last year?

You'd think this guy were LeBron James.

Getting rid of Lopez is the first domino that has to fall. I wouldn't get excited over anything until that happens.

Matching/signing Tyreke would actually free up about $3m in cap space for them.

I think the kings decide what they do before then. I can see Vasquez in a Kings jersey.
They have some restructuring to do. If they don't match, they'll want to start signing people with the free salary.

Yea. We were just pissed off because EG sold his soul to become the cornerstone. Speaking of which, who has the cornerstone gif?
