My feeling is that as careful the organization has been with him, id be surprised if he plays Thursday. Hope I’m wrong, but just my opinion.

What do you all think?

Every indication from the team has been that he will play. I don't think this is really up for debate

I think they will make that final decision in practice today. I also think he will definitely play even if they limit him to 20-25 min.

His return to the bubble date wasn't random. They let him stay out of the bubble as long as possible while still making it back in time for the first game. The intent is clearly for him to play.

Alternate view, they let him come back early enough to get our hopes up that he'll play just to tell us to eat shite and die around 3 pm tomorrow

He did 3-0 and 5-0 work yesterday, the plan is to reevaluate today and hopefully get him involved in 5-5 work.

They will make the decision tomorrow after seeing how he feels.

He will play imo. But it'll be only 20-25 minutes in this first game, so we will get to hear ESPN personalities bitch about that.

He'll come in just like his very first game and drain back-to-back-to-back-to-back three's while dunking on Gobert's CV19, mic licking, dumbass face. But we'll win this time.

Never thought him playing was in doubt. He definitely plays.

Griffin definitely splashed some cold water on it earlier this week. And even last night when we found out he didn't participate in any 5-5 work.

But he's playing. I guarantee that Silver is telling Griffin that Zion's arse better be on that court.

Why would he not play? He was away from the team for a few days for a non medical reason. These guys don’t just fall out of shape in a week.

Their needs to be a 30 for 30 special on Zions first year. SOOOOO many things happen to him in his first year

I'm choosing to believe that's because the Pels know their injury luck, and they're just assuming he's 50/50 to test positive before tip-off.

Welp.

Gentry:

He practiced some. We didn't do a whole lot today. He participated...It'll be a game-time decision...It will all depend on how he's feeling.

That doesn't sound as hopeful to me.

It also sounds like the medical team may be trying to push a minute restriction, just reading between the lines.
