Couldn’t end the game without a BI airball. NOW we can put it in the L column.

Ingram the king at making meaningless shots tbh

He made 2 absolutely worthless threes at the end lol

The other big issue tonight was the 3-pt shooting.

BI: 2-6
Jonas: 1-2
NAW: 1-7
Graham: 4-11
Hart: 0-2
Kira: 0-1
Trey: 1-3
Jaxson: 0-2

Overall? 27%. NAW was bad, and then the bench collectively went 1-8.

Team really doesnt matchup well against athletic bigs. Even Jaxson at his current development would give us trouble. I really didnt expect that

NAW is a serious problem.

Another serious problem, there really isn't anyone who can replace some of his minutes.

We're stuck with him getting starter minutes.

I hope so. I'm going to be in the SKC tomorrow for the first time this season.

Naw is from 28% from the field and 5-36(13.8%) from 3 since going 50% in the first two games.

That pretty much sums up his career.

He is the definition of streaky.

Problem is people only remembered when he was on and just assumed he could turn that into every game.

….SVG might not have been wrong

Don't even know if I can give him streaky when there's way more bad games than good.

Streaky would be an improvement.

Sad thing is, supposedly Griff was gonna trade the pick if he dropped to us. I really wanted Halliburton when he started dropping.

That tells me Griff doesn’t know how to judge talent.

I am just decidedly numb with rage. I want to be so angry but I'm just not wildly surprised. We need Gumbo back on the court, and we need to get some fricking roles settled.

I think Willie is eventually going to get some things really right with this team. Objectively we are playing 2 rookies a lot of minutes don't have our biggest gun. The seasons not lost at all, but we're staring down a barrel unless Zion goes full TB12 or some shite. I'm trying to be optimistic but...

It's some bullshite. And I am just too fricking used to our team always having injured key players. From a Dwest acl tear to zion having a toe/weight issue. That's what? Like 10 fricking years? Our last good GM was the fricking Walrus.

Jesus fricking Christ.

I like playing with numbers and percents too.

If we maintain our current trajectory (1-6, 16.6%wins), our win total for the season would be 13/14 wins.

And with our luck we'd fall in the lottery.

It’s time to just start Murphy and let NAW come off the bench.

I honestly think that probably needs to happen once/if Zion comes back as well.

I think both role swaps benefit the team and players better.

Despite people still wanting to paint NAW with a summer league outing two years ago, NAW is not a good shooter. Zion’s gravity does little because NAW is given endless open looks now and he just can’t hit them reliably with his goofy form.

Replace him with our 41% three point shooter and let NAW work against backups, and I think both start to look better then they currently do.
