If a 2nd rounder (esp in this draft) turns into an end of the bench guy, then it was a good pick. We hit out 1st our of the park if he can be a 6th man type.

Supposedly one of the best off ball players in this draft class.

Yea. He's fully developed. There's no guessing with him. He's a plug and play player from day 1. We just might have enough shooting going into the season.

Correct, he can shoot.

I’m not sure he can really do anything else, but he can definitely shoot.

I like this move. Reeves is 6’6 with shoes and a 6’8 wingspan and can shoot the shite out of it. Think Tim Hardaway JR.

Never can have enough shooting

He can dribble, can finish with contact, on ball and off ball shooting, and doesn't turn the ball over much.

Only thing is if Willie green will play him because he’s big on defense and not offense,

Guy is really good. He and Dillingham weren't THAT far apart. Reeves was at over 20 a game and Dillingham at 15 PPG.

I'm pretty sure that's what Givonny said on the ESPN coverage. He must be terrible on defense to be that good on offense and last until 47.

Saw him against lsu…. He out performed Sheppard and if lsu doesn’t win at the buzzer he’s taking the last shot.25 pts 8/15 and 6/6 from the line.

Build a roster that leaves Willie no choice but to play shooters.

Offense wins titles in today’s league

That Cal tweet is funny. The first part about scoring is correct, but the “became a rebounder and defender” is stretch. Reeves posted a negative DBPM every year in college, which includes 3 years at Illinois State. He will probably never be even an average defender in the league, but he has a chance to shoot well enough that it won’t matter.

SL with Reeves, Hawkins, and Missi will be fun to watch

I think if Reeves is even just below average defensively (as opposed to total BBQ chicken) he’s a rotation player in the league. I like the pick given we need shooting and Hawkins could potentially be playing elsewhere next year if traded

I think Reeves is a good prospect for that true 6th man role we've been missing in the Zion era.
