Well maybe I'm a lil more tolerable since the Monty table has turned. There was a time that I was on the not so top 10 list.

How many offers has Shaka Smart already turned down?

The guy loves it at VCU. I don't think it's about the money for him. He loves being there.

Has he turned down an NBA coaching job? Quite the difference.

Avery Johnson

I'd be down. He's been successful. And let us be honest, he got shafted in Brooklyn.
Avery: unemployed?
Karl: unemployed?
Carlesimo: analyst for Celtics
Sloan: adviser for Jazz
Hollins: will probably land a HC job somewhere.
Van Gundy's:
Hot seaters:
Mike Woodson, Jason Kidd, Mike D'Antoni, Larry Drew, Dwane Casey, Tyrone Corbin, Randy Wittman.

Does he just not want to coach anymore? You would think he could get a job if he wanted one.

He's 71 and been with the Jazz for almost 30 years. So if I had to guess, he's happy where he is. But who knows.
*His job title is adviser/scouting consultant. fwiw

Hoiberg is a good suggestion. Here's a pretty good Bleacher Report article on him (yes I know, DNR;BR).

I think Hollins could do well, but I wouldn't want to look at that hand every night.
