I think so as well. Once he trims down a bit to become more explosive as an athlete helping his defense/driving to the lane and perfects that shot... he will be a perfect small forward in this league.

So once he changes everything he is, he'll be the perfect SF? Got it.

I honestly see him more as a 4 than a 3 in the new NBA.

Just bc durant might leave you go and trade one of best pg in league. That makes no sense. You don't trade your mvp type players to hope you do good in draft. I understand maybe if you can't keep durant trade him and build around Westbrook but why start at zero.

Jarrell is a lottery type talent player that's going to go to a good team late in the 1st.

He could very easily turn into a Lamar Odom type player. He's already a pretty decent David West type offensive player down low, and you could see he can improve there, and he has the dribbling skills and quickness to go out on the wing and be productive, especially if he starts shooting better and more consistently.

He has the skillset and size to be one of the 5 best players in this draft when you look back on it in 5 years, and him going to a playoff team only helps that.

People already are speculating Durant to the Knicks, and if OKC thinks they've blown it with KD the earlier they cash out the better. And if you're cashing out KD, why not trade Westbrook to the Lakers for #2 and Randle?

Yeah, can't see this happening at all.

Because OKC is a FA magnet? Because the FO has proven to be so skilled at making trades? I'm not saying they can't rebuild around Westbrook, but if they have any doubts that a team with Westbrook as the #1 can contend, and this year they couldn't make the playoffs, then now would be the perfect time to hit the reset button.

You aren't starting at zero. In this scenario you'd have 2 of the top 4 picks, and one thing the OKC FO has proven quite good at is drafting. I think they'd have a good idea what kind of value the picks have. On top of those picks and probably future picks, you get one of the better players from last year's draft.

I'm not saying it will definitely happen, but if they decide to trade Durant we don't know how slippery the slope will get, especially with a new coach in place.

I know there's at least a few teams besides the knicks that are shopping picks.

I think we get a late 1st somehow.

Nedim Buza
SF 6'8" 200lbs Bosnia 20 years old

2015 Nike Hoop Summit: International Practice: Day Five
April 10, 2015
Nedim Buza was as assertive and productive as we've seen him all week, which is a good sign considering how much he struggled in the days before. He made quite a few outside shots, and was constantly looking to attack the defense in the early offense off the dribble. Buza has been a pleasant surprise defensively and on the glass all week, looking much better than advertised in both departments, so it was nice to see his skill-set translate to productivity offensively. He's got good size for a small forward at 6-8, a solid frame that should continue to fill out, and a nice shooting stroke that has been fairly streaky through the week but clearly has potential.

Guillermo Hernangomez
