Hiring a guy like Dumars in the way they did pretty much killed any notion that we would take a swing like that
Yeah, they interviewed Rondo which is nice, but they of course did not hire him
Dumars is a dinosaur that does dinosaur things. So of course he replaces Willie Green with a more successful retread WIllie Green
That is not to say that Mosley won't or can't be successful here. He could be. He went to the playoffs 3 straight years with the Magic. We do have some talent on this roster. Maybe he does that.
Its just a boring uninspired hire that is exactly what you would expect from Dumars

We already did that with Willie, what GM wants to take a risk like that knowing their job is tied to them? Are we going to pretend that Dumars is untouchable like Mickey Loomis?

I'm not super in love with the hire and don't think he's an amazing coach, especially not this year, but I think he's better than Willie Green.

Now now. You know Gayle is not cheap. (Sarcasm). She is building a doctors office for those Ochsner doctors and she is saving the cathedral and spreading a ton of money to bring our teams to Paris. She is also saving PBS when Trump was going to rip it . (Sarcasm) .

Oh he routinely gets out coached in key moments. I'm not arguing that. I'm saying he's consistently had a good defense (stats back that up)...which tends to go to the Willie Green 2.0 conversation
