bunchie have you looked at some PG contracts?

Is Lonzo a PG? I don’t know what he is at this point. And just because a team pays other guys shite money doesn’t mean we need to.

The whole point is that we do not need to decide right now.

True, but we do need to decide by February imo.

86% of his minutes at PG last year and 100% this year

I’m not even saying they’re bad deals. But a 4/85 is Van Fleet and Mal Brogdon territory, who got those deals a few years older than Ball will be when it’s time to ink. Let’s just not treat a $20 mil AAV like it’s a cap killer

I just want to see 20-25 games of ball under the new coach with new teammates. Then some Kira. Coaches are seeing something at practice with Kira to not give him run huh

that is more than fair, although I feel like we have seen a lot of Ball and it appears to be the same thing with him.

But we do have to make some decisions come trade deadline this year.

Updated, and will continue to be until there are no more Lonzo believers.

Got outplayed by his whack arse brother tonight.

I guess his 3 point shot was a fluke.

Gotta give Lonzo stans props. He's played a good 5 game stretch.

Lonzo Ball is 20-of-47 (42.6 percent) on 3s in his last 5+ games. He was shooting 28.6 percent from deep in his previous 11 games.

Can't remember which writer it was, but someone pointed out that the Pels are 5-1 when Lonzo scores at least 16, and the one loss was the Pacers meltdown.

Just looked. They're 2-9 when he scores 15 or less.

Like what the frick does he do well? He's been given 4 years to figure it out. I'd rather ride with naw, a legit 3 pt shooter that can get his own shot and take my lumps. Package lonzo and JJ for a shooter.

When did NAW become a legit 3 point shooter?

Ball is shooting 41.5% from 3 over his last 7 games. He was only 28.2% in his first 10.

Yeah NAWs falling off. He's pressing too much and that can affect younger players confidence as well.

Some of those 3s are wide open and he's clanking them.

At this point we need to find a legitimate college shooter who we don't have to play this stupid game of teaching them how to shoot. For 2 years in the NBA.

To me that speaks to how imperative it is we find a reliable third option that can knock down shots.

A guy that goes 10 games stinking it up followed by 10 games playing well is not a guy that can be running your offense or be your third option. And he definitely can’t be your go-to outlet shooter playing that way either.

Bump. I'm glad to be wrong. Career highs in

Ppg 14.3
Ft% 74.3
3pm: 3 per game on 7.7 attempts
eFG: 55%

Also one less turnover per game from last year (2.1 vs 3.1 last year)

I've never been closer to being a lonzo stan.

My issue with Lonzo is still the same, while I think he's playing well right now, how do you pay him what he's going to ask? I just don't see how you can do that and feel good about it.

Now if they come at you with a realistic number, excellent, but otherwise...

We've just got to hope that griffin can sell him on being the 3rd guy on a championship caliber roster and that 4/80 will allow us to add the proper pieces to contend.

What fricking games have you been watching? Nickeil's shot has been flaming poo outside of one game. IN his outlier 37 pt performance, he shot 5 of 8 from 3, but in every other game he has shot 19 of 80 from the perimeter. On the season he is 27% from 3.
