When Murray comes back, the season might just be over.

Guy is VERY mobile. I think people don't get that

There's some bad group think with him. I can't speak for how he was in high school, but in college he did a really good job getting his body right throughout the season and his mobility improved because of that.

What's the relevance of this?

Discussing the player isn't limited only to the positives

Where is fears gonna get his minutes too. He needs actual playing time to develop.

Queen averaged 21 pts, 8 rbs, 1 ast, 1 stl, and 1 blk on 53% from the floor, 45% from three, and 81% from the line in postseason play for Maryland, as a Freshman

The biggest issues with Queen are that he is a big that cannot shoot the 3 or protect the rim and needs the ball in his hands to be most effective.

I don’t see how that fits with Zion and Fears who also don’t shoot the 3 or defend at a high level.

Obvious stretch here.

for a freshman. But Queen is pretty developed offensively outside of a consistent shot. So the age aspect isn’t anything significant here.

I agree. I can see him doing damage from the elbow and setting picks because he's supposedly a great floor-reader and passer, but spacing and defense just don't work with Zion....at least in his current form. The way some people rave about him he seems to have that Draymond-esque reading/passing ability on offense and it seems clear JD sees that too.

Zion literally had some awful spacing last year and he dominated when he played.

For a rookie?

On the flip side, Fears is super young. Turns 19 just before the season.

He's supposed to be a college Frosh this year

20 is not old for a rookie at all.

Herb Jones is rookie old. Tyler Shough is rookie old.

Queen is fine. That is a huge reach for a negative.

I HATE the trade, but this description sounds like Chuck Barkley!
