Because, last season, he was a lot worse than Hayes, except when Billy was on the floor with Zion, with whom he had a good chemistry.
What would happen is that someone would pass the ball to Billy, and he'd fumble it every time. Somehow, Billy is actually catching those passes now, instead of turning it over.

Can't just stand around on offense at the end of games. The best teams stay moving 48 minutes a game, not 44 minutes.
