Jose has been playing his arse off and that has equated to 2 wins. Fears has the brightest future and is the most talented scoring pg. Poole shouldn't touch the floor more than them

Those 30 were deceptive to the way he plays. That dude is reckless with the ball by chucking up bad shots and turning the ball over. Those 30 points didn't equal a win

You are right about Poole in general, but the only reason why those 30 points didn't result in a win is that it took Zion 3 and a half quarters to show up to the arena. He sucked for 85% of the night on both sides of the court. So essentially, we were down for no reason. Then Zion predictably got outdueled by Kawhi Leonard at the end.

You're right about Zion. We need to get him outta here and get a nice return for him. At least get a 1st back for next year.

Jordan Poole plays some really selfish, low IQ basketball. I’d be yanking his arse out the game the second he took one of his patented 35 foot bricks 19 seconds into the shot clock.

Jose is such a winner… in a league where half the players don’t try on any given night, Jose is always giving it 110%… hopefully he’s a pelican for life

I really don’t like Poole’s game. He’s a bad and lazy defender who is streaky on offense. If he gets hot he can provide some real value, but if he’s not he sinks the team.

Poole is almost certainly best used in a Jason terry role - come off the bench and be a quick microwave against the second team.

And as they say aim for Jason Terry and if you miss you’ll be amongst the Pargo.

Agreed I’m not liking how Poole plays. He’s fine as a 6th man microwave scorer but how he runs an offense is pretty tough to watch sometimes. Does some silly stuff. But when hes hot and the shots are hitting, I’ll take it.

yeah he had a good game, way to point it out. how about the 2 games since, and 1 game before that. total between the 3 games: 31 points, on 7/36 shooting 19%

He lead the Pelicans scoring after the 1st quarter against the Hornets. Willie's dumbass kept him out the game for the majority of the 2nd quarter. Then they went to the hot hand in the second half, mostly 4th where Willie played him 3-4 minute again of his shitty rotation,

He didn't play last night due to him taking a rest day.

Unless you’re Jose Alvarado.

It’s not really a surprise that

- Poole
+ Jose
= Wins

The lead ball handler should be getting everyone involved unless he’s surrounded by a bunch of playmakers, which our PGs are not.

12 of those minutes were from the 1st quarter lol. He played another 4 in the 4th. That's 16/27, then played 8 in the 3rd.

He played 15:27 in the first half he was 2/7, then he played 8:05 in the third and went 0/4. If you're not making shots, and you don't play defense, then you don't need to be in the game when its close and ending.

You talking about the only true PGs on our team that are healthy right now? That would make sense.
