Well damn, wonder if that's due to only being able to have 4 players in the facility at a time.

Lonzo didn't say too much of interest, just the usual player speak. But this one stood out

quote:

Andrew Lopez @_Andrew_Lopez 9m

Lonzo said he thinks he and Eric Bledsoe will be one of the fastest backcourts in the league. Doesn’t think it will be too different playing alongside him as it was compared to playing next to Jrue Holiday.

And that's talking about him and Bledsoe, not even mentioning Kira.

I wouldn't expect him to mention a rookie that plays a similar position to him to be honest.

I'll give this to Zo. At least this answer:
quote:

Lonzo Ball says he's "Not worried about free agency talk," going into this off season. Says he just wants to help the team win.

Is a hell of a lot better than Dennis Schroeder's

He rarely offers much. His responses are pretty boring.

I know we joke about BI looking high, but he's taking it to a whole new level right now. He looks absolutely LIT right now. And like hes a 56 year old man about to get himself into a pickup game if he hadn't just drank 7 40s and his knees weren't bad

I mean he's got a giant arse fro, pretty ragged facial hair, and his eyes look even more blazed than normal to me.

BI really sounds like he is embracing his new role as the team leader

I will say that I think he looks more comfortable in speaking with the media though. Giving good answers. He seems excited (for BI).

Said that he had no intention of coming off the bench for anyone anymore and expected to start, and was pretty peeved that he doesn't have an extension if I recall correctly.

I like the mentality is taking into the season and the fact that he is saying all the conversations he's having with SVG deal with preparation and accountability.

I think he said the most stuff of note out of anyone that has done a presser yet.
