If he can get us to the playoffs 3 times in the next three years I’m in.

I know he just got let go, but I like quite a bit about this hire.

He had plenty of success with Orlando in a time where they had been bottom dwellers. I think he could get this team in a similar spot.

He'll be fine.

But we have to fix this roster. Need balance and depth..

He had a much better roster in Orlando than he will have here.

Banchero and Wagner are better than anything we have. They also had Bane, Carter, Isaac, Suggs and Black. That is not a terrible roster. They just did not seem to play well together (and lost Wagner for a part of the season).

One of the big reason why their roster failed was because they never got a legitimate PG especially one that could pressure the rim and create. They had weird roster constructions for years as well.

Didn't have legit shooting until this year and every shooter they drafted were essentially doormats and unplayable.

Our roster have issues. No disagreement there. But it's not that far off if they address the two biggest needs of the roster.

The people acting like Mosley is Willie Green are insane. His teams consistently got better year over year, and they were up huge on the number 1 seed Pistons at half in game 7 before going ice cold and setting a record for consecutively missed shots. The dude is a good coach. He will be the best coach we’ve had in at least a decade

Mosley has a .461 career winning percentage. Gentry was .457.

Mosley .368 in the playoffs, Gentry over .500.

He's certainly not as accomplished as SVG either, at .566.

Yeah he took over a 21 win team in Orlando. You don’t go from 21 wins to a playoff caliber team over night. The last 3 seasons his winning percentage is .540. Say what you want, but taking over a team with 21 wins and making them that competitive is impressive. Willie Green, who you all compare him to, would never have been able to do that
