You are so busy worrying about Anthony Davis you forget about the 15 guys we have now fighting their asses off.
At least 8 of them won't be here next year. Probably more. I don't give a frick what they think or feel. I want #1 or #2 pick for Davis or MKG.

I don't see how you can be a "fan" of the team and not want to see the players' & coaches' efforts rewarded with a W.

If you are rooting for your team to lose, and celebrating a loss, how are you a fan?
I'm sorry, I must have missed the part where losing this game and others for sure gave us the #1 pick, I also must have missed the part where Anthony Davis turns out to be the greatest player of all time, and not a bust. I didn't know all these things were certain. Damn, I should be rooting for the hornets to lose then

So does every team that succesfully rebuilds a franchise

How do you root for a loss? I'm fine with accepting a loss. But when u play a team that talks shite and wants to punk you , etc...how do you not pull for your guys....they work hard as frick and "fans"get pissed when they finally break through. frick you
Root for the Clippers to get swept in the 1st round of the playoffs then. Us beating them is meaningless to how they remember the season.

If you were rooting for the Hornets to win tonight and fall to #4 in the lottery pecking order you literally have shite for brains.
be glad the Hornets lost then...do you have to post pictures of paul fondling Griffin's hair? that's fricking obnoxious and makes you a shitty fan. I can understand the tank, but i'm not gonna actively cheer for other teams, and definitely not gonna cheer for Griffin or Paul.

yeah, this offseason we're gonna trade our whole team in

We aren't supposed to win any games.
These dudes are playing well beyond their abilities and as a fan of this team, if you can't appreciate that, then go be a Laker fan.
I don't mind the losing because it'll help us have a better CHANCE of getting a better pick, but I won't root for us to lose.
if we lose, oh well, its okay.
if we win, we just pulled the upset of the century...

ou have repeatedly agreed with me that we should be rooting for losses over meaningless wins.
If you're going to ascribe something to me, please be precise. You're misquoting me.

The Hornets fans who get caught up in the "passion" of a meaningless game like this and root against our long term best interest are the ones with "low IQ's".
Was winning this meaningless game worth losing a 2.5% chance of turning our franchis around? frick. No. Go. Clippers. Lob. City.
Again, I am as aware as you are . . . probably more so, actually . . . of the lottery probabilities. You're placing for too much emphasis on the percentages. As an aside, I suspect that I've won far more money playing the odds than you've ever thought about putting at risk . . . be it football, basketball, poker or the horses.
The NBA lottery amounts to the random bounce of ping pong balls weighed against the fun of pulling for a team. If I only wanted them to lose, I simply wouldn't waste my time watching. The future of the Hornets does not rest on the number one or two pick in this draft. It would be nice to get one of them, but it's not going to seal the fate of the franchise one way or the other. You sound like one of the "suck for Luck" losers.

you should probably give up your season tickets.

Meh. fricking rookie. I've got a set in the Club and another set in the lower corner behind the Hornets' bench. Ten years, babycakes.
