of course. that's what 95% of posters around here do. nothing wrong with it. its people like MinnyTiger who have IQs approaching mental retardation that have it wrong

You're sounding more like a child with every post. I once thought you may be bright but that we just disagreed. But I see I was giving you far too much credit.

don't want to talk about the tank....but you can be very invested in a team and not have season tickets...the time spent watching 66 or 82 games is still a big investment

those same people who are cheering for the Hornets to lose have not watched 66 or 82 games. guarantee that shite.

It's easy to "cheer"for your team to lose when you aren't sitting in the stands. Every dancing banana on a bad play isn't shite for a fan

You have repeatedly agreed with me that we should be rooting for losses over meaningless wins.

How does anything I've posted contradict or challenge that rather obvious rooting position?

The Hornets fans who get caught up in the "passion" of a meaningless game like this and root against our long term best interest are the ones with "low IQ's".

Was winning this meaningless game worth losing a 2.5% chance of turning our franchis around? frick. No. Go. Clippers. Lob. City.

whenever someone resorts to correcting others' grammar, it typically means they know they are wrong and are trying to do anything to make others look dumb

that's probably true...but it could be a fine line or there could be a misunderstanding about the difference between being happy about the tank after the fact and blatantly rooting for your team to lose.

I can see that.
I dunno, I think of it as a no-lose situation as a fan.
If my team wins, then hooray! A W!
If my team loses...oh well, chalk one up for the tank!
Good situation for us, as fans of a heavily-injured team left with a motley crew of lovable outcasts.

Amd MinnesotaTiger is a lame poster on ST, too.

Well your opinion is wrong. Im a die hard fan and im rooting for them to play well, but lose.

When Anthony Davis is collecting his ROY trophy or Robinson is a double double machine for some other team i guess we can all look back a year from now and be grateful for these meaningless wins in a rebuilding season

Im sure we'll all be PUMPED!

there is nothing meaningless about playing the Clippers. Did you even watch the game?

You are so busy worrying about Anthony Davis you forget about the 15 guys we have now fighting their asses off.

How about this...

If you were rooting for the Hornets to win tonight and fall to #4 in the lottery pecking order you literally have shite for brains.

but are you cheering for the other team? are you posting pictures of the clippers and being happy about rooting for the clippers?

HUGE difference
