This is hilariously spot-on.

That said, if you look at the shot chart, they provide one notably horrible quote:

GREAT AT THE LINE

Career 75.5% with a lower average as a Pelican. Not great.

Pretty sure that is in comparison to the other 4 players who take that many interior shots.

I thought that was odd too but in an article about outcomes it is helpful that he gets to the line as often as he does. Need others to do the same (looking at you holiday and Gordon)

Love Reke!

I still think the offense is better with him in than Jrue. I really like Jrue off the bench.

The Evans has never been coached before mantra, one that I believe in, ends this year. Very exciting.

Straight gas, sons.

Holiday actually scores efficiently, so it isn't an issue. Gordon seems to get shafted on calls. I think the Gentry spacing should help EG in that respect.

2 FTA in 32mpg is not enough for your facilitator.
obviously evans eats up a large percentage of drives to the lane, but if davis is so effective off of dribble/drive/pass then holiday must drive more often...and get to the line more

If Ryno is healthy then the Reke/Ryno combo is DEADLY! Pick your poison! Big lag back in the lane to stop Reke then Ryno with open 3ball. Stick by Ryno, Reke will get to the rim at will.

Oh yeah and someone needs to make s Reke/Kool Aid Man meme!!

Interesting that Holiday offensive numbers were so good. He doesn't pass my (admittedly flawed) eye test as a high level distributor. With Davis, it just might not matter.

That said, he had the most efficient offensive season of his career last season. I would imagine he'll keep taking 3s (maybe more) under Gentry; his catch and shoot (38%) and pull up 3% (37%) were pretty good. If he can continue to take care of the ball and stay healthy (:furiouslyknocksonwood:), I bet he can match, if not exceed, last years output.

that's exactly what ziller said in his article today
admittedly he is remembering how destructive Evans was as a rookie but that's how he should be playing. I think he just needs a coach to believe in him and show him how better to get those easy shots for him and for others
