Good teams load their team with shooters especially at end of the bench. We load up our team with defensive guys at the end of the bench. I mean this iteration of the pels is junk but one takeaway especially end of the bench and 2 way- they need more shooting. Why I still think releasing Ryan was completely moronic.

Dumb coach, can't they trap Jerome...make someone else beat you. Another reason to can Willie. We'd see the same thing even if the starters were playing.

Im not gonna harp on Willie in this game. These lineups are laughably bad. Im not sure he even gives a shite in thus game. Previous games at least we have BI. I dont know what the frick this is.

Yeah i never understood that approach. Shooters are easy to find. Especially when you have Zion on your team why don't you have your 10th-15th rosters spots filled with like 5 Matt Ryan's? It's why i never understood the hawkins pick. Good shooters who are bad defenders are a dime a dozen. Use your draft picks on player types that are harder to find and fill the backend of the bench with shooters

The problem with loading up 10-15 with shooters is the coach won’t play them.
It was painfully obvious last year Matt Ryan should have been getting minutes every night, yet Willie chose defensive guys over him and Hawk.

Donovan mitchell and Jarrett Allen are little too hyped like they’re beating a legit NBA team. I know a win is a win. But win against us proves nothing. Just get the job done they should beat us with their eyes closed.

Where is the offensive scheme and plays? Even with players out, we SHOULD still have an offense to run. We have no structure on offense.

Agreed, but when you have a coach that has steadily progressed in wins and won 49 games a season ago, hard to fire him without losing the entire locker room, especially when the guys in there love him.
Kind of a slippery slope right now, hopefully we lose enough for the locker room to turn on him like Saints did

There hasn’t been one for 3 years. But right now theres no legit star or legit NBA player honestly. Ive been a vocal critic of Willie but man we’re starting Elfrid this game and he wasn’t with the team yesterday. I can’t get on his arse tonight.

How true do you think this is? BI and him got into it during the playoffs. He never had the stars back in ref calls. How many players in their interview talk about how close they are to Willie or how they love playing for him? BI in his media day interview literally said we are winning on talent alone.
I think they respect hes the head coach but “love” is a strong word.

It’s going to have to take him losing the locker room, or at least the locker room having the belief that Willie is not the guy that can ultimately lead them to a championship (lol, i know, i know).
If you outright fire him without the approval of everyone in the LR, you better plan to trade everyone in there also.

I think the opposite actually. They love him, they just don’t respect him. That much is obvious with the way they play and never seem to do what Willie preaches. You can love a coach and not respect him and think he is the right coach for the team.
