Monty helped pick Demps, so it's not unprecedented with this franchise.
But if we let the coach help bring in the GM, I hope that coach is Mike Malone and not Willie Green.

Same. And Malone picking the GM / POBO is likely a condition of him taking this job given what happened the last few seasons in Denver with the roster.

That Sixers job seems like a dead end to me between the PG13 and Embiid contracts.
They are looking at several years of mediocrity before a possible turnaround given where both were this season.

That’s what I want Mike Malone to do. I feel like they need the culture change and would help sell him on the job.
