Free Throws in Game 1

GSW: 24-32
NOP: 9-11

I complained the whole game that the refs were terrible but the Warriors having a 3 to 1 advantage is not something to get used to seeing for the next game

NBA wants GSW vs HOU

The difference in FT attempts might be less, but I don't expect better officiating in this series

PR had an interesting thread on this. I never pay attention to who is officiating but apparently it was the same guy that AD wanted to fight when he got thrown out against Minnesota earlier in the year. LINK The variability in officiating alone is why you can't judge a series off of one game.

frick that ref straight in the pussy.

I had to turn off the game due to the FT disparity. I was about to destroy my 65 inch OLED.

Why'd you include the type of TV you have?

I agree with the poster who said better to get embarrassed than lose a heartbreaker. A heartbreaker takes the wind out of the team going into game 2. A blowout has the team hungry and pissed off for getting embarrassed. That alone gives me a tiny sliver of hope. I won’t give us a chance until I see impartial officiating.

I've only visited that site maybe 3 times since it's existence. Looks like they have their fair share of morons.
someone on there is saying Cousins will either get a 1 year deal or a 5 year deal, nothing inbetween.

I remember with around 2 mins left in the first half GSW had 23 FTs already and we only had 2 FTs — Saying the refs were a disgrace would be a vast understatement...

That Durant rip-through was such BS. It was a soft call as it was, but then to not call it when AD did it at the other end of the court showed exactly how the officials felt about it.

what bothers me the most is anytime Draymond is on AD, and AD puts the ball on the floor, Draymond will swipe violently at the ball and body him up. It's a foul every time, but was never called. He's been doing this for years to AD. I'm fine with that if they don't want to call it, but next time down the court you can't call some touch foul on Jrue when he just has his hand on someone as they go up for a layup and are not affected by that hand in any way.
If Draymond is going to get to swipe at AD all game, then let us swipe as well. Could care less how rough you want to let them play or not, just be consistent.

Golden State averages 20 free throws a game—-they had 25 before half time in game 1.

Can’t complete with shite like that happening

The foul and free throw differential was one of the most blatantly obvious fixes I’ve seen in awhile. Literally from possession to possession you could see the difference, and the refs didn’t care one bit

Al needs to go public with this. It’s the only way to put the spotlight on the refs
