I’m good. Just save our assets for the next front office

I personally like Nnaji the big center from Spain if he falls into 2nd round.

I would love to be able to get Nnaji with just cash. But the Lakers paid $5 million to move from 47 to 40. I'm not sure the Pels can buy their way into a spot where anyone worthwhile would be. They are probably better off having a few dogs they like and call the ones that go undrafted like they did with Jose and Naji.

I mean Gayle moved up the list of billionaires. She should let us buy a pick lol

I didn't mean it like that, although have they finished paying Stan off? But I believe the limit on sending out cash per year is like $6.5. If the Lakers needed $5 million to move up 7 spots, what's the going rate if you have no pick or even future 2nd to trade since we dumped ours with Devonte? I'm not sure the Pels could buy their way into a spot above 45 even with max cash.

I don’t think Lakers sent 5 million in that trade, 5 million is just what cash they had left to send out from the 7 million or so teams are allowed.

With how successful we've been bringing undrafted players on two way contracts, we would have to absolutely love someone for us to trade back into the 2nd. I just don't see it.
I think Matkovic and EJ will get their chance this year. Maybe a cheap vet as well.

Trade in and get Sidy Cissoko.

If Leonard Miller drops into 2nd- that would be a steal.

Looks like we’ll be trying to sign some guys for the summer league unless they squeeze in at the end.

Would love to get back in and grab Trayce Jackson Davis from Indiana. Small-ball 5 who can score inside and pass, run the floor, etc..Think he's being undervalued because he can't shoot. But you need a guy who you can dump the ball into and who is a good enough athlete to guard small guys...

I have to think his agent told teams not to draft him. There's no reason why he's still out there.
