I didn't dislike the guy, but he went on strange ridiculous rants filled with personal attacks on people from time to time. It got uncomfortably over the top a few times, and kind of lost the basketball theme even. That kind of stuff can hold back the entire brand.

That and pushing t shirts and just terrible basketball takes. It’s rough at times.

Yeah seems hes done with boot krewe. I haven’t seen anything that suggested there’s issues between both parties. Probably just wants his own show like Shamit did

He's always had his own channel. I don't remember any beef or anything other people are talking about.

I liked him because he kept it real...
He didn't sugarcoat.

I didn't know he was a musician. He has a bunch of followers

They all have their irritating moments. But it can't be easy covering a very bad team that makes so many poor decisions. It just can't be a bitch fest or acting like they are so much smarter and would be able to do better (even if we all probably could). It is a show, so they have to entertain and be engaging to some degree. I don't think it's an easy thing to do.

I'm not as big of a fan of the guy 5. Everything he says is all about coaching. He just always harps on it. It gets super old. At some point, it has to be about the players. My favorites are Lito and Chris. They just seem to be the most upbeat and really care about the team getting better.

I like grubb. I feel like maybe a few years ago, he was a little too angry at the franchise and it showed in his coverage. When 25% of things you say are just defending how negative you are, something is wrong. I get it, you have spent a bunch of your professional career covering a team that seems to care less than you, must be difficult. But he got over that and transitioned into providing one of, if not the best and most available coverage of the team. Once he joined bootkrewe it really contrasted hard how professional and knowledgeable he was with some of the off the cuff takes that existed before him. The amount of content he puts out is ridiculous, and he has the history to call back on things from years and years ago, which is endearing.

I think hes the best out there at the moment, and thats coming from someone that unfollowed hard in the paint mid episode a couple years ago, Its like i feel your pain too, I dont want to wallow in it in my free time. Props to the man. Being a pels fan, writer should get some type of award. We endure some shite.

Eta: also gotta give props to shamit, actually walked up to him in press box at a game early this previous season right after willie firing and just chatted with him, extremely welcoming, gave me more time then he should of, and had a way of feeling extremely positive when saying some depressing shite..... im sensing a theme here with this post

Nahhh it still shows lol, he predicts the FO to fail with every move and it’s quite frustrating because the guy who messed this team up didn’t receive as much criticism as the guy who’s trying to fix it
