Between this, and the DUI and other things, it’s pretty clear that Graham is an idiot.

When you have your DA dropping cases and have a terrible Mayor. You really can’t deny that New Orleans isn’t the city it once was. It’s still a beautiful city, but government and criminals has been running it through the ground.
