Clearly from his first couple weeks with this teams he’s Our alpha we only dreamed BI & Zion would be .. dude wears Pels gear everyday and not only for “official” team photos or commercials , dude posts on IG every single day about the grind and how he loves the grind that kind of energy is contagious .. as a life long Pels fan I’m so tired of the passive leaders who only speak when spoken to , this was the ideal leader for this franchise a DAWG

My issue with this is just because guys don’t post themselves working out everyday doesn’t mean they’re not working out everyday.

We still need a guy that can rebound. Theis is going to be the most laughable starting center in the league at 6’8”. Jonas is going to grab 25 rebounds when he plays us. I’m very confident however in what we have in Matkovc. I think he’s going to be that court running, floor spacing, stretch 5 off the bench. He’s ready to play 20 minutes a night now but not as a starter. I really wish Ainge would get off his high horse and be real about compensation for his players in a trade. I would gladly give him a 1st and a couple 2nds for Kessler but he’s now wanting 3 first round picks and something like2 good young players plus several 1sts for Lauri, which, frick off. Maybe Orlando will do a deal like Hawkins and a 1st for Wendell Carter Jr. They need scoring guards on rookie deals and we need a big man while they just spent $115 million on 2 centers this offseason.. It would put us right at the next tax bracket until you did something with BI. Hell I’d swap BI for WCJ straight up right now. We have to accept we will lose any trade with BI but you have to get something for him. Letting him walk would be devastating. For a small market team to survive, they have to hit on trading away their players for the future assets. Big time free agents aren’t signing in Nee Orleans but we have a squad that can really compete if we had that last piece of a true big man starting center.,

We needed a vocal leader on the team. We have a shite ton of young guys who are still learning the ropes, we needed somebody outspoken to get the most out of their potential. Guys get more motivated seeing a guy work harder than them
