No way should OKC be getting the #2 pick. C3P still has what two years left at 40+. That’s insane, he’s gonna take a nose dive sooner or later. And they get the best asset for just taking on Wiggins whose contract is less and who has more upside. I’d do it if we get #2 and OKC gets #13. Otherwise no bueno..

I said try and get them down as low as you can go, but even if you give up #2 I think it's a good trade. If we don't trade Jrue we probably give him another 3-4 years at $25ish million. I'm not completely opposed to that, I'd just like to create some better options if we can.

CP3 is an upgrade on the court and off the court/mentoring should teach Zion/Ingram more than Jrue can. Even though he gets paid a lot, it's only for 2 more years. So you learn what you can from him and move on, or if things are going well maybe he stays for a reasonable price.

OKC has to take on Wiggins and they have to be convinced to trade Paul rather than keep him on their roster to mentor their team like we want him to do. It's one thing if you don't think the trade as I laid it out is better than the status quo. But if you don't like it because your own personal valuation says you should get more back in a trade, it takes 2 to tango and what you want isn't always how the market works.

Should have given Janerro Pargo a special shout out for being the only one to show up that year

Pargo wasn't on that team.

Wouldn’t you want to keep #2 to add Deni?
