Well there was whispers of Willie possibly moving into the FO, make him the defacto GM?
In theory it would be a good position for him as he does have a good relationship with players, he’s just a shitty coach

Add Bryson as the "executive to be named later" in the Dejounte trade.

It shouldn’t shock any of us that our talented personnel hits the eject button first good chance they get.
It’s a poverty franchise that needs to be sold and moved ASAP!

Can't wait to see which loser franchise we promote his replacement from

Nobody knows which front office person is talented and which one is not. I was told Langdon was the brains behind our draft prowess. Now, its Bryson was the draft guru. Okay. Whatever.
There's plenty of issues surrounding this team to cause anxiety. I'm not getting worked up about the departure of a guy who has been here for 15 years. That's a long time to be part of such a mediocre team.
New blood! Let's gooooooo!

Say what you will about the Griff era, but we drafted well during that span
Frightening to think we’ve drafted well and struggle to get 20 wins. Just shows the incompetence with trading key assets away for nothing and how poor our Oschner team is at keeping our assets healthy.

Right. It's his show now and he is bringing in all his old buddies.

Because they decided to build around a loser without an ounce of professionalism.

Exactly.
We can bash Gayle/Griff all we want. If Zion was in shape and healthy all these years, we would be in a completely different situation. He was supposed to be a generational talent. He's worse than a bust. If he was a bust, we would have never given him a second contract and we would already be moving in a different direction.
Instead, we have another FO hoping that they can build around Zion. Its a nightmare.
It always makes me chuckle when people post about the assets we wasted acquiring and getting off of Devante Graham and Derrick Favors - as if those moves were what sunk us. Yes, they were bad moves. But Zion being an abject failure is the problem and will continue to be the problem until he is no longer with the team.

You know why stop there? What does John Salley do these days?

At this point, that may be an improvement!
