From his media availability today:

quote:

I get excited every day when I come inside the practice facility to see the guys working in the morning. Not nobody behind them telling them to workout or anything, just them having the right attitude and coming in here every day. Just knowing from that point I know it's something good in the room. We have a lot of young guys and that's something you don't see a lot of young guys that come in and be professional, who get their work in and know exactly what they need on the basketball floor. So I think that's the part that gets me more excited, just us coming in here and competing every single day and putting in the work that we need to put in. That's how we're going to reach our ceiling.

AD might be a better overall player as of now but BI has what AD lacks and what pels fans were screaming for. Heart, leadership, whatever you wanna call it, BI is a dog and I love it.

Great news - a lot of this condensed bubble league is going to be motivation of the players and which teams want to be there the most... should be no surprise especially with the average age of the roster.

There's no doubt this team has motivation - should serve them well.

Exactly, it always felt like AD never consistently had that lion in him or that will to win games. It happened with AD a few times but the only two times that were clear was that game against OKC when he hit the GW and then that stretch when Boogie went down. With BI we get that every single night. It's refreshing

BI and Zo going to up their games and Zion looks like a beast. Ingram does seem like the teammate everyone wants and needs around though.

Ingram also gives much more versatility with the team. We constantly were missing that player and they are hard to acquire. It will be fun to see Ingram continue to get better.

I find it funny that AD said the Lakers are better off with the rest from the break. Like the dude won't be hurt by game 5 anyways...

Hope everyone is doing ok. B-Easy is aces, awsome talent but does whats best for the team ... and will have your back when things get gully (ask Rondo). Also, like that they have a plan for the team to reach their ceiling.

It's really his team until it's zions
Also I think he is just comfortable in now and that's great because he will be here awhile
