His shooting is better but everything else is the same. Struggles to finish around the rim, struggles on defense, passing is still suspect.

At least he didn’t blow up and become a monster, he’s a very average NBA player IMO.

We need a 3 and D player bad. Somebody who is 6-7 to 6-9- plays lock down defense and hits open 3s. If rivers was 3-4 inches taller then maybe, but he’s still the Austin Rivers of old.

says every team in the NBA.

trust me I understand. We kind of had that in Solo. He didnt give us much on offense but I guarantee you that in this offense, he'd be much more effective. 34.6% from 3 isn't going to rival Steph Curry but its respectable enough to keep teams honest.

get well soon Solo

He's no better than Ian Clark or E'Twuan Moore and he's more expensive than both of them combined.

12-27. You're all about the tiny sample sizes, aren't you?

Rivers is not popular with some of his teammates, as CP3 said, “he gets special treatment from his dad”. Others have just wanted to beat his arse for being a punk.

Agree about what we need:a 3 and D. With length. I’m wondering where we can find the tree that they grow on.

Exactly. Rivers last year shot well at 37%, Clark and Moore both shoot 37% over their career. It's reasonable Rivers has reinvented himself and he's a good shooter but it's too early to know.

The guy is getting 10 ppg while shooting 36% from the field this year, with a per of 8.5

I thought maybe Rivers would be one of those late-bloomer guys who would figure it out at about year for or 5 and become a really solid basketball player. He is in year 6 and has improved marginally if any since his rookie year. Glad we no longer have to deal with him.

I was responding to you responding to me responding to a guy talking about 1.5Q of basketball & you're trying to tell me I'm talking about a small sample size. You need to focus a little better here it's not that hard to follow

We could use Kyle Wiltjer's 3 pt shooting but Gentry is too stupid to bring him back over.
