We’re looking here for a team of players that literally always over-perform against the Pelicans

So far I’ve got

PG - Coby White
SG - Norman Powell
SF - Dillon Brooks

I know there’s some more that I can’t think of right now, so I need y’all’s help to fill it out. For this list, let’s stick to current players

Good pick. I was thinking players that go off offensively against us but that is a guy that seems to absolutely have our number defensively

White has been hot for the past month, that wasn’t just a Pels thing

Yes, but also, even not in the last month his stats against the Pels are kind of mind boggling

Lol I just looked it up and Giannis averages fricking 37 points against us the last 5 years, so I think I’m gonna have to throw him in

Actually, not going to because even though that is overperforming, I really want role players only for the list

I thought you were looking for more obscure or unexpected production.

Yea I decided not to

37 PPG over 5 years is fricking ridiculous though

Only 15.8 PPG against pelicans last 5 years and 16.1 for his career. Not really an over performance

DeAndre Ayton

Same thing, pretty much bang on his average

Yea, but I’m trying to figure out if one player specifically overperforms. I thought Clarkson originally, and he is 2 PPG better than his career average against us, but nothing massive

Brooks and Kessler dominate us. Used to be McDaniels too but not lately.

Taurean Prince has been annoying this year.

Dort shoots like curry vs us.

the anti-LSU tigers team too. I remember 2016 when #1 Oklahoma came into the PMAC and that dude shot lights out and single handedly kept us from getting our biggest bball win in a long time. Was a student at the time and remember it was rocking in there then they beat us on last possession. Now it only gets like that for gym and the girls
