Horrid contract though.

Holy shithole I did not look at his contract until just now.

They’re gonna have to give us Beal for our troubles

Its really bad. He is like a 50/40/80 guy though. He can shoot the lights out. Can't do much else though.

Guys that can shoot like that get paid. Had a pretty bad season in washington and they already regret that contract.

Yeah, I figured it was like 2/35 or something he had left. He’s got 4/65 left! Give us the warchest WAS

Yeah it may be a way to recoup the draft compensation we sent out this off-season and still get a player that fits a need, albeit on a bad deal. Its not the worst idea. He can definitely shoot the frick out of the ball.

Ahaha. Washington was drunk when they gave him that contract.

In the right role he has been good in the past, and he could shoot the frick out of the ball.

If he's making 10 per, everyone is thrilled. At 16-18 per he is vastly overpaid and on a loooong deal.

Still, it wouldn't be the worst add at all.

Look, if we get Bertans in a deal I'll be like "alright, I think that can work. Shooting shooting shooting."

If we give up a real 1st you will see me fricking melt like it was you fricks 2 nights ago

The Athletic does say the Pacers may be involved. If we end up with Pels talk legend Myles Turner somehow this place is gonna go from six to midnight

Seemed like they were mentioned because of the Westbrook trade. I think they sent A. Holiday to the Wizards in a draft day trade, so maybe that is already part of the Westbrook trade.

A shame that the last year is a player option, but only $5 million guaranteed that year.

This board can be pretty entertaining, in unusual ways.

Its usually us getting our hopes wildly up followed by the gallows

The problem with Bertans isn't just the salary, it's the number of years left on that contract. He's 28 and is about to turn 29 when the season starts and that contract takes you through almost all of age 32.

Might be a deal we regret when trying to extend Zion. Then again it’s a good fit as a backup stretch 4.

Not that worried about the age. Its not like he is some ultra athletic dude that relies on it that much.

That contract just sucks in general. Length, amount, etc.

He couldn't guard a trash can. He could shoot a ball into though

Money will be a key factor for Jackson, especially given the #Clippers don’t have much left. But, it’s no secret he likes the organization and enjoyed his role. One sleeper team to consider is New Orleans. Trajan Langdon likes Jackson.
