Yeah. That's melt city. That would probably be $35-40mil. I would actually riot.

Honestly thought, is there any PG that Fischer has not said he thought we were going after?

I think some of the stuff he says is sourced, and some of it is conjecture.

This is how he worded part of the info about Schroder:

quote:

Several teams do still appear to be in play for Schroder. The Chicago Bulls, New York Knicks, New Orleans Pelicans and Washington Wizards all have an apparent need at point guard.

ETA: which to me means that he just knows the Pels are in the market for a PG, and Schroder is available, so he's saying that we could possibly land both Graham and Schroder. Doesn't say that he's heard from anyone that we have interest in Schroder. Sounds like the Graham info is more solid than the Schroder info.

Lol this place will be fun.

I read the article. He does not say he thinks we are going after that combo. He just says getting Graham could leave enough cap room to go after Shroder as well.

Much different. He was simply saying we could afford to.

This is Part 1 of Cleveland moving Allen's contract next off-season with a first round pick lol.

Their GM worked under Griff so it should be no surprise they’d massively overpay for a Center

I'm fine with graham as a backup. He can't be our planned starter though. I don't think that is their plane here. They will sign or trade for a starting PG and Graham will be a backup 1 or 2 with Kira with NAW starting at the 2

And are interested in pulling off a possible double sign-and-trade, where they would send Lauri Markkanen to San Antonio, and then SAS would then sign-and-trade DeMar DeRozan to Chicago.”

That’s where I’m at. If Graham is our 6 man/3rd Guard I’m really happy. We have clearly upgraded if that’s the case.

If he is starting for us without major upgrades elsewhere…yikes.

The good thing about that, is that it can't be done until Friday anyway, and it's not like Chicago can force our hands with the offer sheet, because they can't even do that until then. So, we have time to feel out other options before having to land on that.
