There are prob worst songs in genres I dont listen to, but...
RHCP - Give it Away
Just one of many songs by this band I cant stand.. but its the one Ive heard the most over the years and it can almost single handedly change my mood to foul, if I hear more than 3 seconds of it...

Admittedly this rule does have some unfortunate side effects but it is what it is.
