Welcome! RRB's tour manager is one of my closest friend and usually gives me as many tickets as I want. It's pretty sweet because there's usually free beer backstage and you don't have to fight your way to the bathroom.

Haha! Randy is my favorite musician, but I've only seen him once when he did the acoustic tour with Wade Bowen. My brother and I went and saw RK in either Beaumont or Lafayette (forget which one) and there was all of 20 people there, it was awesome lol.

I've seen him probably 3 times in the last month. I'll see him again on the 28th of this month. You'd think I'd be bored by now but it's always a great show. Last year's acoustic tour was better than this years. My friends and I sat on that couch onstage last year and Brady and Randy would take turns sitting with us. Brady and Gary didn't play this year, it was just Randy and Wade :(
Saw Reckless last month at Americana Jam but not sure when I'll see them next. Willy Braun used to be my neighbor and I have driven his drunk arse home countless times.

I met Jimmy Page. This was in the early 80's when he was in the Firm. They were playing in New Orleans @ The UNO Lakefront Arena.
I worked in a record store at the time at we found out that Page would be in the Quarter the Night before the show.
A buddy and I went to the Quarter looking for him. (fat chance of finding him I know).
Well we had given up hope of seeing him and we were walking back to the car, when we passed some hole-in-the wall bar on some side street. as we passed by the entrance, we both glanced in, and I'll be damned if there wasn't this tall lanky guy, dressed in all white with a scarf around his neck, leaning on the bar. We both froze and looked at each other, like "that's HIM"!
We went in and were able to talk to him for about an hour or so. It was really hard to understand him. He was trashed. Couple that with a heavy British accent, and the music in the bar, it was tough.
The coolest thing was when he went off for a bit,(we're thinking he ditched us) then comes back bringing us beers!!!!!!!!! Freaking Jimmy Paige bought me beers! Then some Rod Stewart song was playing in the bar, and guitar part was playing when he made that "Jimmy Paige Guitar God Face" that he makes.
That was a pretty cool night.

I once installed rims for BG and Lil Wayne before they were big. (The cars were 1998 Camaros) It was cool talking to them. I met Soulja Slim.

- and met briefly the guy from sublime that died
