Kitchen Remodeler Recs (Ascension Parish)

Need to have the kitchen in my 20 year old house in Ascension to be remodeled. Kitchen island needs to be demolished and rebuilt, new counter tops, backsplash and maybe a cabinet reface or repaint. Spoke with one contractor already, but he appears to be a flake (over a month and still no estimate).
Anybody got any solid recommendations of a contractor they have used? Not trying to be cheap, I really just want it done right and have plenty of credit

When Adams appeared on The Early Show in 2008, he was asked about "Summer of '69" and its lyrical meaning. Adams said the song was about sex and making love in the summertime. "69" is a reference to the sexual position, 69.
