I'd have to say Parrotheads are the worst, but I'm still scarred from working security for his shows when I was in high school (the local concert pavilion hired extra security for his shows because the fans were just such tremendous assholes.... but as a bonus, you got to borderline physically assault drunk Boomers, so it wasn't all bad).
Phish fans just won't shut up. Yes, I've been to a show. Please, leave me alone about it. No, I will not give it yet another chance. Yes, I had an open mind. Goddamnit. I told you already... (I'm indifferent towards the band itself)
Radiohead fans are just generally humorless and take the Best Band On Earth thing way too seriously. Heaven forbid you think Radiohead is merely pretty good. Might as well insult the Virgin Mary.
KISS fans are just stupid suckers. I pity them more than anything. They are the marks that the PT Barnum of music preys on.

The first two times I saw Radiohead the crowd was great. Bonnarop 2006 on the rail everyone was just music junkies and several great discussions were had. Woodlands 08 I was on the lawn with a very large group so I didn't interact much with other fans.
The last time I saw them (Houston 2012) the fans were complete hipster douchebags. You hit the no humor thing on the head. It was a Saturday night rock and roll show and these guys acted like it was a funeral. I was near the front of the floor fwiw.

Rush fans are also pretty bad, though I used to love trolling them everytime they got denied entrance to the R&R HoF.

Any band that recieves any level of commercial success and their fans say they sold out. I pretty much hate anyone who is always claiming bands sold out.

Slipknot. I ended up at one of their shows one time, and while I had a good time, their fans are fricking weird.
Never really had to deal with ICP or Drake fans but I imagine they suck too.
