New Noise and Alt Nation primarily for me.

On a related note - what’s your source for new rock, alternative and punk besides these two?

If you don't have Sirius LSUGG is also a weekly syndicated show on terrestrial radio.

Here is the website. A fan there posted:

"There is no official podcast. There is the app which has the first two shows and shows 600 and up. The Barcelona site rockfm.fm does have a podcast of the show, which has the overall show with intros and outros of each set, minus the opening theme (screaming lady) and includes spanish commentary. However, it is not regular. Shows can be skipped."

Accuradio is a free Spotify-like site that alows you to "blend" channels to create your own playlist. So you can combine things like '60s Garage, Rockabilly, British Invasion, Motown etc to create your own Underground Garage. You'll know just how Dr Frankenstein felt.
