I have several, most of them because my daughter listens to them.
I enjoy a lot of Taylor Swift's music.
Harry Styles is actually a pretty talented musician and not just a boy band heartthrob.
Billie Eilish is okay in small doses.
Tyler The Creator is interesting, but also just small doses.
I also love 80's pop music, but I grew up on that. Whitney Houston, Mariah Carey, Madonna, Wham, George Michael, etc.

Van Halen
Their mainstream songs are mostly pop but I've only recently begun to appreciate EVH's acoustic genius
Ditto that with Motley Crue

Lunachicks. Something about 5 punk rock girls from Brooklyn. I’ve been talking to Gina Volpe on IG lately. She’s the only one who’s not all tatted up like Theo and Squid.

Man I love Jeff Lynnes voice. The live stuff from the past 15 years is excellent on YouTube

I mostly listen to classic rock, but I do love to occasionally listen to Tony Bennett. One of the best voices ever !

While I'm not ashamed of it, my older sister instilled in me a lifelong admiration for the songs of Olivia Newton John... which I still carry to this day!
More recently, I enjoyed songs off of Kylie Minogue's "Disco" record from last year...

My sister had quiet a few 45's of hers along with the much listened Xanadu album.

Thats also the missus's favorite, so I have no choice but to embrace...
**in fairness the missus has all the early minor threat records on cassette from the 80s, amongst others... she's a keeper!

I somehow discovered Sina Doering (sina-drums), a then German teenager (now 21 I believe) who is the Queen Mother of YouTube collaborations. She has produced some seriously good stuff, and some of her more notable collaborators have dozens of their own performances up on their own channels. Between Sina and her friends I now have audio of over 200 covers and original compositions spanning just about any genre imaginable, not a single one of which has ever been aired on radio in the U.S. Often their singing in English is so good that it is a bit disconcerting when you see and hear video of them speaking or singing in their native languages. I've mentioned a half dozen of them in other threads here but here as one example is a recent find, a German teenager doing a credible cover of Led Zeppelin's "Ramble On". She also sings quite beautifully in Hungarian, and presumably in German as well.
