Good one. One the fence because (like the AWB one I posted above) I'm not sure the vocal piece at the beginning makes it a pure instrumental. But it's a good enough song that "I'll allow it."
There were a few that I didn't include because of the same thing. Front of the list were the Orb's - Little Fluffy clouds and Orbitals - Halcyon On and On. While I'd say both are 90+% instrumental, both have samples or ethereal vocal parts the in my mind disqualified them...
