I love that tune... always have time for that one. I like creep too, but I actually prefer some covers I have heard of it, better...

yeah, I really like those first couple of records... I never pull them out and listen, but I like them when they come on...

I get what you are saying though...

I may just have a block on the singer, but I have that with some others, and I at least like the music.

I like Noel Gallagher's quote on Radiohead,
"Thom Yorke sat at a piano singing, 'This is f**ked up,' for half an hour. We all know that, Mr. Yorke."

"Who wants to sing the news? No matter how much you sit their twiddling, going, 'We're all doomed,' at the end of the day people will always want to hear you play Creep. Get over it."

I saw a live show of them on Palladia the other night and I still dont get it. They seriously lack talent for as gigantic of a band they are. They are all supbar musicians and were pretty boring to watch as well.

God bless Noel Gallagher. I love that guy. He has absolutely no filter whatsoever.

OK Computer on though was simply gold. To me Radiohead is an all time top ten band. They combine many different elements to music that I love all rolled into one.
You can go from a song like Paranoid Andriod which rocks to Sail to the Moon which is majasticly piano driven and gentle to songs like Morning Bell or Dollars and Cents that has a wide range of sounds.

That is considered "rocking"? Wow.

Trollolololol

You do realize that Jonny Greenwood was the leader of the London Symphonic Orchestra, right? He also composed the classical soundtrack to There Will Be Blood. What a subpar musician!

Ok so he's a great composer and he's a multi-instrumentalist. What is he known for in Radiohead? He's known for being the lead guitar player. I know plenty of people from my home town that can play circles around him. If he were to sit down with an electric guitar in one chair and someone that can really play were to sit down beside him and you'd say "ok, entertain me", he would be subpar.

I know plenty of guitar players that are technically proficient, but cant write a song to save their lives...

They can ape other's sounds, but lack the creativity to do something on their own...

I'm not really defending Radiohead here, I just hate that argument... it's right up there with he can't sing, so and so has a much better voice...

That argument is rather lame(his not yours).

How could it be proven?

And what does it matter anyways?

Jonny Greenwood is no Tomatito, that's for sure.
