As cool as it would be if NIN, Gorillaz or Radiohead played there, you know they're just going to go for a surefire homerun. So you'll end up with Harry Styles or Lady Gaga performing in front of a gigantic screen showing dancers and disco balls.

Phish.
Chris Kuroda, often referred to as “CK5”, as he is the unofficial 5th member of the band, has been running the lights for Phish since their inception (1985). His light rigs are second to none in the industry. He practices his lighting craft just like the band does musically—8+ hours a day. The band bought an abandoned/renovated airplane hanger where he keeps all his lighting gear.
He consults for a number of arena style musicians (the Beibs, being one
)
There is a reason why every Phish fan will tell you—you gotta go see ‘em live—even if it’s just once—to see how in tune that lighting wizard is during free form jams.
The Sphere contacted Phish last year about planning a big run of shows over Halloween—they know CK5 and Phish can push it to another level.

For the visual aspects of that place, it has to be Tool... I'd imagine they will be there sometime soon and can only imagine how expensive the tickets will be.
I'd likely pay to go see it.

A Rush show would be awesome there, but that's never going to happen.

Lizzo... she needs something that big to make her look slim.

Agree with NIN 100%.
Maybe a brief holiday residency by Trans-Siberian Orchestra.
