One of the best shows I've ever seen and I wouldn't call myself a Talking Heads or David Byrne super fan by any stretch.

Yep. I was really disappointed when they the Saenger Nola teased us with a show and then cancelled it.

He is one I really need to see.

I can tell you that wasnt his fault, he has a good friend that lives in the Bywater and he is in town a couple of times a year. Loves NO.

Sometimes you can catch him at J and Js on Dauphine and he has free reign over the jukebox, seems like a good guy.

About to head out the door to start pre-gaming for his show tonight in Bham.

To say I'm excited would be an understatement. Has been on my bucket list for 20+ years, and every other time he's been close enough to catch, it just hasn't worked out.

I had tickets for last night, but something came up and I had to sell them.

My god, what an incredible show. He does the same setlist every night, but I would not hesitate to go see that show again if I had the chance. My wife isn't even a big Talking Heads fan and she loved it.

A national treasure. My guitarist kids are into him, which makes it even better for me. I raised them on the Heads. ( and 100 others ).

A national treasure in Scotland?

The Talking Heads are one of the most underrated bands ever. Remain in Light is in the top 10 albums ever.

I was at that show too! Shaky Knees has been killing it the past couple of years. That was a fun weekend, I saw several bucket list artists. Byrne, Fleet Foxes, Parquet Courts, Queens of the Stoneage, Cake, War on Drugs, the Voidz, Franz, etc.. I had a great time.
