Still no Metallica show in Louisiana?

Still waiting for that show in the Superdome or Tiger Stadium. Any news? Anyone call Live nation and find out what is the deal?

They won't play red states? I have seen them twice in the last 3 years in Texas. Where did you get this from?
The Superdome hasn't had a major hard rock/metal show since Gun N Roses played there on the 2016 reunion(of 3 of the original members). They didn't sell out at all & moved all people in the upper level to the lower 2 levels(both were packed but the upper level was empty- I was there). I am sure this has scared any promotors away from any hard rock/metal shows in New Orleans. Unfortunately, Houston, Dallas, & ATL are the closest people in Louisiana are going to get to major metal stadium shows. Sad but True.

Metallica is the only metal band that tours stadiums regularly. You have the occasional SOAD or Rammstein shows but those are rare and they only go to major markets.
