I was watching a special on The Band a little bit ago and The Night They Drove Old Dixie Down raised some goosebumps.

Elvis- An American Trilogy
“Oh I wish I was, in the land of cotton...” by Elvis gets me every time.
But the Ole Miss band playing slow Dixie, then transitioning into fast Dixie, always gives me goosebumps. You will find it nowhere online.

Little bit of everything is a great song.
Chill bumps come in “it’s not some stupid little ring I’m gettin a little bit of everything”

Santana - Soul Sacrifice 1969 "Woodstock"
Not including the full drum solo cuts the goosebumps factor exponentially. That song and performance by Santana was at the peak of the biggest event in rock history. Amazing moment.

The outro string section of Purple Rain.
Al McKay's guitar solo on EW&F's That's the Way of the World
Ray Charles singing.....anything
The live version of Billy Joel's Goodnight Saigon with the VN vets singing the chorus.
Mic Gillette's horn on the opening of Still a Young Man by Tower of Power
Steely Dan doing Deacon Blues
Jeff Beck's Somewhere Over the Rainbow
Bobby Kimball's vocal runs during the outro on Rossana.

When I read your post I somehow knew that would be the song. VERY creepy. That's a real 911 call.

First one that comes to my mind for goosebumps. Might add more as they come to me.
