in all seriousness, i go up into the woods behind the house almost EVERY saturday and shoot guns. am i going to be accosted by her security?

good question. she's from this area so it may have more to do with her career than anything else. if she's going to quietly fade away i expect she'll be around more. if she's planning her next 'reboot' and MTV appearance i imagine she'll spend most of her time in LA

its more location & land. both at a premium.

our 'subdivision' is just a loose coalition of neighbors with a facebook group. the biggest thing recently was whether one of the neighbors would be willing to buy a solar light for the ancient sign at the entrance.

stevan curtis chapman lives next door to her and there is a guy from better than ezra that lives across the street too so i guess our neighborhood has a bit of a musician vibe going on.

The pictures of her house didn't look that extravagant. Go pork her.

The Nashville/Franklin area is unlike other places I've lived. She doesn't even have a fence or a gated entrance for this place. You can just drive right up and ring the doorbell.

Prior to moving here I couldn't imagine all these big houses wouldn't have fences.

It's not really a brag. I live in a semi-rural area near a city where lots of big music stars have homes. I imagine she bought this place mainly because of the 33 acres.

Nashville's music scene is very robust at the moment. Don't get caught taking photos (she probably won't frolic around nude since she seems to be trying to reinvent her image).
