In a good vocalist debate, I'd have to add Paul Rodgers. Of this group, it's Plant no doubt. I even respect him more now for not reforming with LZ. Plant knows his limitations.

i actually like brian howe over rodgers as the singer for bad company. i developed a very bad taste for rodgers when he masqueraded around with queen.

Considering Coverdale spent his entire career trying to be Robert Plant, I'd go with the original.

Plant is Hall of Fame. He's lost a lot of high end but still sings well with what he's got
Hughes always one of my favorites. He might be one of the best past age 60 rock singers ever tho.

i cant tell if you are being serious.
part of what makes queens sounds are the harmonies. the three of mercury, may, and taylor are the queen sound. its like boston without the harmonies. when rogers plays with queen, he just sings like he is in bad company, which offers no place for anyone to add harmonies.
it essentially cuts queen off from their signature sound in lieu of rogers getting to yell around the stage. roger taylor is as good of a second singer in a band, and the change effectively negated him.

I think Plant is the greatest rock voice of all time.

How about David Coverdale vs. Sammy Hagar? Both guys' voices have held up well at least in the studio. Sammy struggles live now a little.
