A great band out of NZ... although I believe they called it quits a few years back..

Not my cup of tea, but I could listen to a full album on a road trip. Helped to get a lyrics translation. Nice tempo with a melodic beat, a full spectrum mix of bass, including some punch, and a good mix of strings versus neutrally mixed electronics. More importantly the lyrics had that resonating internally feel that transcend language.



next up: Paul Gilbert - Blues For Rabbit - (instrumental warning)

4/5 fun song and the guys all look like real folk. Also no need to add warnings for it being instrumental lol.

5/5 Great song! It's got the feel of "Low Rider" by WAR with a Steve Miller vocal.

"Gimme Shelter" - New Model Army with Tom Jones

Very strong modern rock ballad with equally strong vocals from both leads. One of those good 'i can feel it' songs when your girlfriend breaks up with you.
Cons- overplayed on radio; Amy lee is a love it or hate it type feature.
