I dig all kinda music. Bit of rap, reggae, pop etc. My favorite genre is metal; any kind is good. Heavy.

I've been listening to Austin for over a year and I can't think of any album that is this good recently. Its out of the style that I would think I would like. But damn what an amazing album.

Dude is laying it all out lyrically and the vibe is all over the musical landscape. This isn't an album I would normally gravitate towards but its just good.

Anyone else not generally a fan of this type of music digging this album?

Guy has a fantastic ear for melody and a great hook. Seems super down to earth, which may be partly due to looking like an onion. But I very much enjoy his music and that album

That said, his cameo in the new Roadhouse was maximum cringe. Kind of like the rest of the movie

I’ve been listening to Austin routinely since it came out. Landmine is my personal favorite

I personally enjoyed the movie. It was cheesy and fun action movie, just like the original.

Gave his new album a listen thanks to this thread and I'll admit I surprisingly like it. It seems to be a blend of folk/singer-songwriter/r&b/pop. That sound works well on the album.
